My aim is simple . . .

I love to bake and decorate wedding and celebration cakes. I enjoy the challenge of designing each cake individually so that each customer can have a unique celebration cake. I bake all of the cakes from my kitchen at home which is just outside Londonderry in the heart of the countryside.
